Space and its study are for me one of the most interesting scientific subjects because they have finally only two goals, two essential questions :
- the study of space in general seeks to discover its history and its mechanisms. In other words, which we want to know, it is how it was born and what it will become.
- the study of planets or phenomena more particular is to know if there is a life elsewhere than on Earth.
That's why I am interested much in the space conquest. However, the subject is extremely vast and it would require with him only an encyclopaedia. I thus selected some subjects which are for me most interesting.
UN declared that 2009 will be the international year of astronomy... Further informations on the official website : astronomy2009.org
